What this service covers
Every office has a person who quietly keeps the break room going. They notice the creamer is low, haul a case of water in from the car and lose part of a lunch hour at the store. Santa Rosa Janitorial lifts that job off their plate. Our team purchases what your staff eats and drinks, carries it in, puts each item in its usual spot and leaves the room in better shape than we found it.
Restocking is sold apart from cleaning. You can take it alone or pair it with a cleaning plan from us.
Is it a fit for your workplace?
If people share a kitchen, it fits. Law and accounting suites, coworking floors with one communal counter, clinics and dental practices where staff eat between patients, and stores that keep a small lunch table in back can all use it. A five-person office can stop drafting a volunteer shopper, and a building with kitchens on several floors can have all of them kept at one standard.
Santa Rosa offices and their break rooms
Medical offices and clinics often keep their break rooms in use from the first pot of coffee until the last appointment, so the order is sized to cover the whole day rather than just the lunch hour.
A small firm in a storefront or a compact office building may have one kitchenette serving the whole team. Where office space sits beside flex or light-industrial space, the same break room can feed a production crew as well as the front office, and the list grows to suit both groups.
Building your order
We start in your kitchen with whoever keeps it stocked today. Together we go through cabinets, the fridge and the coffee setup and talk about what runs out and what sits untouched. The result is a written order with every item, the amount to hold on hand and the favorites people would ask about if they vanished. Allergies and eating preferences come up in the same conversation, and vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free or lower-sugar picks go onto the order right away.
You also pick a ceiling for the month’s spending, and we shop below it. When requests pile up past that ceiling, you get a call before anything extra is bought. One named contact on your side gathers requests and approves changes, which keeps everything simple.
Typical items
- For the coffee maker: ground and whole-bean coffee, a range of teas, half-and-half and creamer, sugar and sweeteners.
- In the fridge: sparkling water, bottled water, juice and sodas.
- On the shelf: popcorn, crackers, mixed nuts, protein bars, chips and fruit cups.
- Paper goods and utensils: plates, napkins, hot and cold cups with lids, and forks, spoons and knives.
That list is only a starting point. What lands on your shelves follows what your own staff reaches for.
A visit, start to finish
How often we come depends on how fast the kitchen empties, from a weekly stop at a small office to more frequent runs for a big staff. Each visit runs in order: older stock gets pulled forward, dates are checked, the coffee setup is refilled, the fridge is loaded, drawers and shelves are filled, and we carry the empty boxes away.
Then the room gets its reset. We wipe down tables and counters, clear mugs out of the sink, tidy the coffee station, sort the fridge and take out anything expired, so the next person through the door finds a break room someone clearly tends.
Paired with cleaning, or on its own
If your office cleaning is ours too, we can time the restock for right after the night crew, so morning arrivals walk into a stocked, freshly cleaned kitchen. You can also ask for an early stop so the drinks have time to chill before the office fills. With office cleaning added, the microwave, appliance fronts and floor are cleaned too.
Restroom paper, soap, liners and dispensers come under a different service, our janitorial supplies program, and the two can share one visit calendar.
How pricing works
Groceries are the bulk of the bill, and they never go beyond the limit you pick for the month. The service fee itself turns on headcount and how many kitchens we stock, and after that on visit frequency, the quality of coffee and snacks you prefer and how much reset work you want each time.
A few useful answers
Common questions.
Can a Santa Rosa office book breakroom restocking without janitorial service?
Yes. Restocking is a service of its own. Businesses with in-house custodians, or with another cleaning company, can still have us do the shopping and fill the break room.
How do you handle allergies and special diets?
We note them when we set up your order and include suitable options in each delivery. Your contact can tell us about any new need, and it goes onto the order before the next visit.
Can our office contact change the order between visits?
Yes. Items can be added, dropped or swapped and the monthly limit can move, and the change shows up on the following restock.
We have break rooms on three floors. Can you stock all of them?
Yes. Each room gets an order matched to its own crowd, and all of them are restocked on a single schedule.
