Supplies belong to a clean restroom
A restroom can shine and still let people down when a wet-handed visitor tugs at an empty towel slot. At Santa Rosa Janitorial, a stocked room counts as much as a clean one. We bring the products, hang the hardware that dispenses them and keep both in working order, so staff and guests find every restroom ready.
The product line sticks to what restrooms and break rooms truly use. Toilet paper and seat covers go in the stalls, paper towels, hand soap and hand sanitizer at the sinks, and can liners and trash bags fit every container size in the building. We also provide and mount the dispensers for tissue, towels, soap and sanitizer.
What each space receives
- Restrooms: a full roll and a spare in each stall, a seat cover holder, soap and towels at every sink, and liners in the stall bins and main can.
- Break rooms: paper towels and hand soap at the sink, plus bags for trash and recycling.
- Lobbies, waiting rooms and tasting rooms: sanitizer by the door and liners for the public cans.
- Shop floors and shipping docks: heavy bags for bulky waste and towel and soap stations at the hand sinks.
The first walkthrough produces a room-by-room inventory of dispensers and containers, and every restock after that follows it.
Optional restocking as the crew cleans
If we also handle your janitorial services and you want our products, supplies can travel on the cleaning cart, and each restroom is restocked as it is cleaned. Dispensers are opened and checked, short rolls are replaced, soap and sanitizer are filled and the bins get fresh liners. Before the crew moves on, the backup shelf in the closet is filled back to its set count. Supervisors fold supply checks into their inspections and change a room’s reserve when its use shifts.
Where daytime traffic never lets up, day porter service adds a refill pass while you’re open. If you’d rather keep buying your own paper and soap, the crew restocks from what you buy.
Delivery only, for in-house teams
Some properties have their own maintenance person or custodial staff, and supplies can be ordered from us without adding cleaning. We base the delivery rhythm on the pace at which your building uses each item and stack the cases neatly in your storage room for your team to use.
Order size moves with the building. A new tenant, a second shift or a packed event calendar simply means a larger drop-off next time.
Dispensers installed, refills that fit
No two dispenser models take quite the same refill. One towel roll is wider than the next or wound on a bigger core, a soap cartridge is molded for a single housing, and tissue holders expect a particular roll size. The wrong refill jams the unit or wastes product, so for every dispenser we install, the refills we bring are the ones it was designed around.
If the dispensers on your walls work fine, they stay where they are. We log each model on the walkthrough, match refills to it, and leave every unit on the wall unless it fails, disappears or your team wants a fresh look.
Par levels kept in the closet
Think of a par level as each restroom’s safety stock: a fixed count of rolls and towel packs, liners, seat cover packs and soap and sanitizer refills waiting on a nearby closet shelf. That shelf is counted on every cleaning visit or delivery and filled back to its number, so a fresh refill is always a few steps away.
We reset pars whenever use changes. A floor that fills with new hires, a string of weekend events or harvest season at a winery pushes the reserve up, and it drops again when things quiet down.
Fewer orders for the facility manager
Buying supplies elsewhere adds an account, an invoice and one more reorder to remember. Ordering them from us takes that off the facility manager’s list. Nobody on your staff counts rolls or calls in an order, and if we clean as well, one point of contact covers both the cleaning and the stock that keeps restrooms running.
Why each kind of building gets its own plan
Medical offices and clinics put their restrooms to work from the minute the doors open, because patients and staff alike wash up between visits. A clinic that adds our medical office cleaning can have us supply and refill those restrooms or keep using paper and soap it buys itself.
Office buildings tend to follow the workday, while flex and light-industrial buildings add shop-floor hand sinks and bigger bins. Factories and warehouses go through paper and liners at one pace, and schools, stores and senior living communities each run at another, so reserves are set building by building.
What goes into the price
We build a supply price from who uses the building (staff plus visitors), how many restrooms and dispensers it has, the rate at which each item runs out, standard versus premium paper and soap, and whether the stock rides in with our crews or comes on a separate run. After the walkthrough you get a written quote with every product on it.
A few useful answers
Common questions.
Do we need cleaning service to buy supplies from you?
No. Businesses that handle their own cleaning can buy supplies by themselves. We deliver on a regular rhythm and stack the stock in your storage room.
Will you install dispensers in a new office or suite?
Yes. We supply and mount tissue, towel, soap and sanitizer units and stock the refills built for them from day one.
What happens when a restroom is busier than expected?
Its par level goes up so more backup stock sits close by, and supervisors watch that room during their inspections.
Can our existing dispensers stay?
Yes. Refills are matched to the units you already have, and a dispenser is replaced only when it’s broken, missing or you’d like a new one.
