Sonoma County sites on your contract

When a facility management firm adds a Sonoma County building to its book, the next question is who will clean it. If your firm manages property in Santa Rosa, Petaluma, Rohnert Park, Windsor, Healdsburg or Sebastopol, Santa Rosa Janitorial would like to be that answer. Your firm can sign with us directly, and our crews clean to your standards.

The county’s commercial buildings are varied, and an FM contract here rarely covers just one kind. Professional and medical offices cluster around the larger towns, retail interiors and shared commercial buildings line the Highway 101 corridor, and wineries, breweries, warehouses and senior living communities fill in the rest. Our crews clean all of those building types.

Buildings and services you can assign

Day-to-day accounts run on recurring janitorial services: restrooms, break rooms, offices, reception areas and floors cleaned on the frequency your client pays for. A day porter can staff busy entrances, restrooms and common areas while a building is occupied.

Periodic tickets cover floor care for hard floors, commercial carpet cleaning, restroom deep cleaning, disinfection, event cleanup and post-construction cleaning. For production and storage space there is industrial and warehouse cleaning, and for tasting rooms and cellars, winery and brewery cleaning.

Your platform, your NTE, same-day response on urgent tickets

Santa Rosa Janitorial works inside your work-order system, or the system your client specifies. You assign tickets the way you always do, and our updates and completions show up in the same place.

An urgent ticket from you gets our response that same day. Urgent calls go through on nights and weekends as well, and Santa Rosa Janitorial is reachable 24/7 for everything else, replying within one business day.

We keep to the not-to-exceed amount written on each ticket. When on-site conditions call for more work than the NTE allows, Santa Rosa Janitorial asks you before going past it, and the cost goes above your figure only after you approve it.

Paperwork for your onboarding

The onboarding packet is one inquiry away. Fill in the same contact form any customer uses, say the request is for an FM account setup, and the operations team at Santa Rosa Janitorial emails the packet straight to you.

Your certificate of insurance arrives within 1 business day. Tell us who to list, and your firm and its client both appear on it as additional insured. Our general liability limits are $1M per occurrence and $2M in aggregate, an umbrella policy sits above them, and we also carry workers’ compensation and a bond.

Nobody from our team cleans a client building until a background check on that person is cleared, and all crews work in uniform. Secure sites can ask for more, such as a deeper screening step, badges from the property or an escort past locked doors, and our crews follow those site rules.

Visit logs, photos and inspection scores

Each visit is logged by our crew with an arrival time and a departure time, at every building on your list.

When we finish an urgent ticket or a one-off project, we send photos or a completion note, whichever fits the work. Supervisors inspect recurring buildings, score them and share the results with your team, so quality stays visible between site visits of your own.

Account manager, backup and billing

You get one named account manager at Santa Rosa Janitorial for every building your firm assigns us. If the account manager can’t be reached, your call goes up to our operations manager, who is named as your account’s second contact.

Several buildings across our Sonoma County service area can be added at once and served on one shared schedule. Billing can follow your sites or your tickets, and each invoice lists the location cleaned beside the work order number for the job.

From walkthrough to week one

Expect a walkthrough within 2 business days of sending us a building, and cleaning to begin within a week. If you are replacing another cleaning company, tell us the changeover date when you send the building over.

A few useful answers

Common questions.

Which Sonoma County towns can you cover for an FM company?

Santa Rosa, Petaluma, Rohnert Park, Windsor, Healdsburg and Sebastopol, with several buildings run on one schedule.

Do you clean wineries and breweries for facility managers?

Yes. Winery and brewery cleaning is one of our services, alongside offices, medical offices, retail, warehouses and senior living.

Who is allowed into our client’s building from your side?

Only uniformed Santa Rosa Janitorial staff who have already passed a background check, plus any added screening or badging the building demands.

How are invoices set up for FM accounts?

Your call: a bill for each building or a bill for each ticket. Each one shows the site address and carries your work order number.

Who handles our account day to day?

Your Sonoma County sites share one named account manager. If that person can’t be reached, the escalation goes to our operations manager.
